Update to Belgium long-stay and return visa fees

The embassy of Belgium has announced changes to the fees for certain national visa applications.
The following fees will apply:
- From 1 July 2026: Long-stay visa (Visa D): EUR 250 (JOD 212.50)
- From 1 September 2026: Return visa (Visa D): EUR 335 (JOD 284.75)
