APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS AT TLSCONTACT KIGALI CENTRE:

Starting May 28, 2024, the TLScontact Kigali centre is introducing the 'Pay at the centre' option to make appointment booking and service fee payment easier. This option allows applicants to confirm visa application appointments.
Applicants (or their representatives) have 72 hours to complete the payment for their appointments, either online through their TLScontact account or in person at the centre. Once the payment is successfully completed, an appointment confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered on TLScontact website.
