Important information for making an appointment

Important information for making an appointment

6/28/2024

Making an appointment is a personal process that must be done directly by the visa applicants. Appointments are obtained FREE of charge on the TLScontact website at no additional cost. Selling appointments is a fraudulent practice that TLScontact strongly condemns. Paying intermediaries does not guarantee that an appointment will be made in the near future, nor that a visa will be granted, and exposes applicants to the risk of error.

Please note: making an appointment and filling in the visa application form is the responsibility of the visa applicant who must provide the required information on their personal situation in accordance with the information available on the website. TLScontact will not accept any file containing contact details that are not those of the applicant (Application reference, email address and telephone number). The data entered on the visa application form in TLScontact website must be strictly in accordance with the passport. In the opposite case, the application cannot be submitted if the name, family name, date of birth and passport number has been incorrectly filled

We note that the issue of appointments availability concerns a very large number of countries and most of the clients for which we operate and it is necessary to be vigilant because it’s at these times that attempts at fraud are accentuated and all methods are good to bypass our system! Our cyber-security team is doing its utmost to make the appointment process more secure, but this can only be effective if the control at the centres is permanent and efficient.

Thank you all for your cooperation and stay vigilant!
