The Uganda Ministry of Health (MoH) has implemented mandatory Ebola screening and health documentation at Entebbe International Airport (EIA) and all land border points for all travellers.

Mandatory entry requirements

• Passenger Locator Form: Fill out the mandatory form accessible at https://self.chewsug.health/ .
• Port health screening: Complete mandatory health screening and checks upon crossing or landing.
• Hand hygiene: Use enhanced sanitation stations throughout airport terminals and border checkpoints.
• Symptom reporting: Report any illness immediately to port health officials on-site.
